RETURNS & REFUND

At Pictoplasma we want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you would like to return an item you have purchased, please first send an email to hello@pictoplasma.com to discuss your options.

Please bear in mind all refunds and returns must be negotiated withing 30-days of receipt of your order, and only if you can return it to us in its original condition, the item must be unused and securely packed for postage.  Also we can only refund you for the goods returned - not the postage.

All incurring postal charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer. The goods are sent to us at your own cost and risk and we therefore recommend you choose registered or trackable postal service. We are not liable for returned goods which are not received.
